Concept from Mike Graham @pe4everykid

Get a YELLOW card, & perform a core strength exercise the number of times shown on the card.

Get a RED card, & perform a cardio exercise the number of times shown on the card.

Get a GREEN card, & perform an upper body strength exercise the number of times shown on the card.

Get a BLUE card, & perform a lower body strength exercise the number of times shown on the card.

Get a WILD card, & perform the exercise of your CHOICE, 10 times.

Get a SKIP card of any color & SKIP a turn. No exercises for you, instead, get a drink of water!

Get a +4 card, & perform ALL 4 exercises 10 times each. Get a +2 card, and do 2 exercises of your choice 10 times each!

Get a REVERSE card of any color and go back to the last card drawn. Perform the exercises that went with that card.

KEY

Fitness UNO Instructions:

To start the game, go to slide #4. Click the UNO cards in the center of the slide one time to shuffle the cards, and a second time to stop shuffling. The card that comes up when you click to stop, is your first card. The Key on the previous slide lists directions for each type of card. If you can’t remember what to do, click the white box on the bottom, center of each slide to take you back to the KEY. Take notice of the red slide number shown in the white box so that you know what slide to go back to. If you are playing alone, shuffle the cards and do the exercises as many times as possible in 3:00. When the time is finished, go to the next slide and play again. If you are playing with a friend or a group, take turns picking a card. When one person starts to exercise, the next person can pick a card.
