Moderation reports and appeals

Jev checks the exact reported content against the current community rules. Clear breaches hide that version; clear passes restore it. Uncertainty leaves visibility unchanged. Quality is not a reason for removal.

Reports are limited to one review per target per hour. Only the author or document owner can appeal the latest decision, once. Rejected drafts remain in your editor: edit and resubmit them for another review.
