My Chimes can spawn everywhere so expect me to roam. Collecting them gives me movement speed and xp so its not a big lose to roam. And it boost my aa dmg so worth.

It just a cc with dmg and slow kinda hard to hit but powerfull in early/mid game (invade potential). So please if im chasing someone chase with me dont go back especially when i have my r on.
